Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of the "Spam Wall Call Blocker" Android application ("the App", "the Service"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and — if you purchase a subscription — our Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's terms of service.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the App in any unlawful way or for any unlawful purpose;
• interfere with or disrupt the App, its services, or the servers and networks connected to it.

2. The Service

The App provides call-management tools, including blocking and filtering of incoming calls based on rules you configure (blacklist, whitelist, prefixes, unknown numbers, schedules, and optional location-based rules). Call data is processed locally on your device as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the blocking rules you create. Calls blocked by your rules may include calls that are important to you — configure and review your rules carefully.

3. Important — Emergency and Critical Calls

The App is not a replacement for your phone's dialer and does not interfere with your ability to make outgoing emergency calls. However, aggressive blocking rules (for example, blocking all unknown numbers) may cause you to miss legitimate or urgent incoming calls, including callbacks from emergency or medical services. You use blocking features at your own discretion and risk.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are available only with a paid Premium subscription. Subscription plans, billing, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are described in our Subscription Policy, which forms part of these Terms. All payments are processed by Google Play.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App is supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). Ads are removed for active Premium subscribers. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for it.

6. Permissions

The App requests Android permissions (such as phone/call screening, contacts, notifications, and — optionally — location) solely to provide its features. You may deny or revoke permissions at any time in Android settings, but some features may stop working as a result.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or content other than the limited license above.

8. Updates and Changes to the Service

We may update the App from time to time to add, change, or remove features, fix bugs, or comply with platform requirements. Updates may be installed automatically through Google Play depending on your settings. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every unwanted call will be blocked or every wanted call will be allowed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App — including missed calls, blocked calls, or reliance on any feature of the App. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

The App is distributed worldwide through Google Play. These Terms are governed by, and disputes will be handled under, the applicable laws of your country (or state/province) of residence, and you retain the full benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights granted by those laws. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be limited or excluded by law in your jurisdiction.
